Are you a fully qualified Personal Trainer?

Yes, I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer,  Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 2 Nutritionist. My aim is to help all ages, genders and body types achieve their health and fitness goals to create a healthier, happier lifestyle for my clients.

how much is a session?

This will depend entirely on your needs and goals, however for a one off, 1-2-1 session it is £35.00. You can check out all the prices and packages I offer on my Pricing Page.

do you offer a free health and fitness consultation?

Yes! Drop me an email, call or text to arrange a time to talk about your health and fitness goals. Generally all consultations will include questions about your lifestyle. Starting weight and measurements will be taken along with a brief fitness test to establish where you currently are with your health. I will then turn this into a structured plan to help you achieve your fitness goals and keep you accountable.

how do I book a session or consultation?

All my contact details are available on my website and social media pages. Please drop me a call, text, email or a DM through any of my socials and we can get you one step closer towards your fitness goals.

can I book multiple sessions?

Of course! It is always cheaper and more efficient to block book sessions. Check out my pricing page for the latest pricing on packages.

what can I expect from our session?

Sweat, sweat baby! Yes we're going to work hard, but I will be with you every step of the way teaching correct form and ensuring you reach your goals as quickly, effectively and healthily as possible. Your workout will be tracked to ensure you're getting the results you require, with a custom built plan tailored to your needs and fitness levels.

what do  need to bring with me?

Just bring workout gear, a bottle of water to ensure you're keeping well hydrated, and a positive mental attitude. I will provide the rest!

what results can I achieve?

I create a workout plan for every one of your sessions to ensure you're hitting your goals. It won't be easy but with one to one support throughout the week we will smash your fitness journey together.
